Myntra.com — credentials changed for my myntra account

Address: B 601 sankalp society goregaon east, Mumbai City, Maharashtra, 400063

I have not ordered the shipment but when i chkd my account someone has ordered shipment from my account and amount in my credit balance got debited. The amount is 708 and it is showing that shipment is delivered to valsad. Also in my account some other address and mobile number is added. This complaint relates to myntra.com.
