I had placed an order for the above t-shirt on 22/06/2019. However i was provided the wrong size tshirt. Also, the item delivered was different from the image shown in the app, as well as the material.
I had placed a complaint regarding this to myntra but i wasn't even provided with a reference no./ acknowledgement of my complaint being received.
Now, after returning the item vide return request no. [protected], i received a confirmation message from myntra on 13/07/2019 stating that my return request was processed and my refund was intiated. The refund was supposed to be credited to my account by 23/07/2019.
Since that did not happen, i called them to ask for the transaction reference no. But was told that they do not have any information regarding the ref. No.in their system.
So, this means that either they have not made the payment for my refund or they are choosing to harass me on purpose because i complaint about receiving a fake product.
Its been more than a month since i placed the order and this nightmare started. I request myntra to kindly stop this harrasment and refund my amount at the earliest.
