Hi,
I am currently facing an issue from myntra.i have ordered a pair of crocs navy blue bayband crocs and I just got another pair of crocs which is of another model and it has been damaged while I inboxes it.it has been 2 days and no further proceedings has been done by the customer care.the product was returned on the next day ie on 19th Jan 2022 and after that it has been on hold and on the same day the 'on hold' become 'the return has been declined'.on the next day ie on 20th Jan the order has become 'out for pick'.it has been 3 days im waiting for my refund.
