I am reaching out regarding my unresolved complaint from your Customer Service team. On 26th June 2022 I placed an order from Myntra and the product was supposed to deliver around 30th June but I got message that it will be delivered early i.e on 28th June 2022. On 28th June around 5pm I have received call from the Myntra Gurgaon team that our agent will come and deliver your product by today. I told him I am at home let me know when he will come to drop the parcel to which he replied he will call you. After few hours I received your product has been delivered successfully. I have no idea to whom he has delivered my product. I even checked with my neighborhood and near by shops but they have not received any parcel by my name. Next day I approached to the customer support team regarding the same concern but they asked me to wait for three days. After three days without my acknowledgement they have closed the complaint just by dropping the text we have enquired with our logistic team and it has been delivered. As I was not satisfied with the resolution I again reached out to the team but they replied please check with your neighbour. Seriously? Don't you think it's supposed to be the responsibility of the delivery boy to inform me either before stepping out for delivery or after delivering my parcel to the unknown person and now your team wants me to check with my neighborhood. According to your customer support team should I knock each and every door of my society just to ask hey have you received my Myntra parcel?? This type of irresponsible behaviour of delivery boy is seriously not acceptable. He didn't even bothered to call me once before stepping out for delivery nor after delivering the product to the unknown person. I am not even really sure if has delivered the product to anybody. Next day I again reached out to the customer support team, I told them kindly share your logistic team contact details so that I may check with them who delivers their parcel in our area. Atleast there will be no miscommunication and if the delivery boy has genuinely delivered the parcel atleast he will be able to tell about the shop or house no or person to whom he has delivered but they denied and asked me to wait again for next 3 days. I told them the last date for exchange or return is 5th July 2022 and what if I will get my parcel but size doesn't suits me? Are you guys taking the responsibility? But no revert. Now on 4th July 2022 they have again closes the request just by informing the logistic team has delivered. I am not able to connect with the number I have received from Myntra's end regarding the delivery boy contact details. Else I would have connected with him directly. For me 5K - 6K matters a lot. Since 2011 I have been using Myntra but never faced any challenges. But this type because o[censored]nethical behaviour of delivery boy I am facing challenges. Don't you think it's the responsibility of the delivery boy to inform if he is stepping out for delivery or if he is even delivering my paid parcel to someone else. Also, I have the proof that I haven't received any call from his end till date but can he share the screenshot that he even bothered to call me once?
And hats off to one of your team member who consoled me by dropping revert on chat by saying that please consider it as a exceptional case not as an example of our service. Seriously for them it is very easy to drop text but for us 5k - 6k matters alot. These type of issues defame Myntra in the market.
