I've raised a return request on oct 1, 2019 and returned order yet to be pickup. As per myntra return needs to be pickup within 7 business days. It's been 22 days and i called myntra customer support and shared my concern and my call got transferred to supervisor "monalisa" and i've informed the same regarding my concern and i paid in advance through debit card and waiting for the pickup from 23 days then
Surprisingly i got a reply from supervisor stating that you have to wait till 29 oct we will investigate and update you on given date 29 oct and apart from this we cannot help you. This is how process is and ended the call.
