My number is [protected].. I had booked a tshirt which I wanted to return… I spoke to the customer service executive Shekhar … requested him to have the same returned as I had gifted it to someone but the size was too big .. since it was a gift the price tag had to be cut .. pls note I told him the price tag was cut ONLY and the rest tag with the bar code and everything was there .. he refused to listen and kept repeating only one thing that the price tag cannot be cut .. now if I’m gifting a product to someone even if I buy from a store the price tag we need to cut and gift .. n if it’s such a issue why doesn’t it come as a pop up while booking … the CSE was absolutely rude, refused to connect me to a senior, had the audacity to put me on mute and went off and refused to provide any help .. this is absolutely ridiculous .. I need a callback and need the tshirt exchanged
