I have requested for an exchange for a damaged kurti n palazzo set (Order no[protected]-4242703 dt 27th dec 2019) but instead of replacement, myntra logistics denied to pick the defective kurti. I have been calling their customer care and registering complaints since 4th january 2020 but no action yet instead they are closing the complainant and creating new complaint every time i call them. New complaint number is in[protected]. Myntra delivery person says he needs approval to replace the defective pc but noone is helping in this matter. Such a pathetic service, if you can't consider the exchange for defective product then why are you delivering defective product. Please help me to resolve this issue.
