Myntra.com — Damaged product return and refund issue

I ordered a black ribbed tie up choker neck regular top with order number[protected]-3904601 from Myntra. And when I received the cloth on 23/09/2022 it was unstitched from back and was of plus size. I had to leave for a meeting same day so I requested a return after coming from the meeting. I raised the request within return period of 30 days but the Myntra team denied my request saying that my the cloth failed quality check even though I returned the unused cloth with all the tags in it. Myntra has degraded it's cloth quality and first they are sending used and torn products and when someone asks for refund they deny the request saying quality check failed. It's extremely unsafe for some to buy clothes from Myntra as they are not at all listening to the customers. Please help me get back my refund.
