I ordered a black ribbed tie up chocker neck regular top from Myntra with order number[protected]-3904601 and i received a torn unstitched top and it was plus size when I received my order on 23/09/2022. On the same day I had to leave for a meeting so after coming back home i requested a return and the cloth was unused with all the tags in it. The Myntra team denied my request and they told me the reason that quality check failed. They usually do this only and have degraded the quality of clothes even my friend got old used cloth. First they usually send torn unstitched and old clothes and then refuses to make refund in case of not passing quality check. It's unsafe to shop from Myntra as one is really unaware of the quality being received and then their money is not refunded. Please help me to get back my refund.

Updated by gudmrng Again I got a message from Myntra team saying that they have checked the records and the product was delivered from a fresh lot in appropriate condition. On the day I received the product it was unstitched by the arm side and that is my concern I had used the product even then but it is of no use for me as it is plus size..if they have the records show that to me and I am sure they don't have because the product was damage from the starting and i have the product with all the tags intact. Please help me to get back my refund.
