Product came damaged due to worst packaging from Myntra.
They able to deliver product on my address but unable to pick it up in the same address. Still I went ahead and dtdc courier with my own expense because Myntra assured that they will pay courier charges.
Now my issue here is, they are not accepting the product nor refunding my money.
Worst experience with Myntra support escalation team. They cant do anything about it, even the senior person seating at higher position can not resolve my issue.
I want my refund of that product plus courier charges. Please resolve my issue if you are not Fraud Myntra company. Was this information helpful? |
