On 19th of June 2022, I found my Myntra account has been deactivated due to security reasons. I called customer care and they raised a complaint and on 20th June, again I called customer care, they said your account is permanently deactivated due to blacklisted in our list.
Without any notification or prior notice, why they deactivated my account. My personal information are there like (bank card details, home address and phone number). If they will misuse my profile, who will be responsible for it.
Before deactivating the account, they should inform the customer so that customer can make changes or delete his/her profile. Even they are charging RS 149/- per order from last year. Time to time they changed their rules. I always followed it and even I paid RS 149/- extra for all orders till date and even tried to exchange rather than return. Most of the time they sent me wrong item and they are penalizing me.
I have been using Myntra from last 7-8 years, and now they are starts harassing me. I am not able to login through my phone number, nor able to view my order history. I have to validate how much amount I received in my bank and how much balance in Myntra credit. I can not even check which orders are pending now.
I have trusted Myntra and now they are treating their customer like this.
