I bought Roadster Canvas shoes size 11 from Myntra. It is a brand under Myntra Originals. I had ordered the shoes on 30th Nazo 2021, 7:30pm and got it delivered the next day 1st December 2021 at 12:40pm.
As soon as I wore the first shoe in, I realised that they are too narrow for me and I immediately removed them. Meaning, I didn't even touch the second shoe. I would have loved to exchange it for a bigger size but the last size available for that shoe is 11 and the size chart doesn't mention the width of the shoes, just the length. The tags, the paper it came in, the foam it had inside, even a leaflet which mentioned how to keep the shoe clean and safe in order to maximize it's usage, I kept everything back inside and initiated a return on 1st December 2021 at 1:16pm.
The shoes were picked up at 4:19pm on 1st December 2021 itself, and the delivery partner checked for the shoes and tags and asked me about the issue.
To my surprise, my return was declined citing failure in quality check process. When I read more about it, I feel I had fulfilled all the guidelines and every care that needed to be taken while returning this item.
Not only this, but I have no other way for countering this bogus claim of failure of quality check, or put my side to it, or even ask what actually went wrong, I didn't get any contact details to get any help. The help button on the order redirects to a static page which says my return got declined.
I demand that my order be returned and I get my refund back, since while showcasing the product, Myntra doesn't shy away from saying "Easy Returns, No questions asked"
