I ordered Mango blazer on 13th Nov and received it on 19 th Nov . As soon as i opened it, i saw that it was of wrong size and very very bad quality and even didnt had a blazer bag-type, it clearly looked it was a fake product i requested return in just after 10 mins of delivery. i requested return and the package was picked up on 21 st nov and the packaged reached its destination on 26th and on 27 th they updated as return rejected. i asked they said it didnt pass quality check because it didnt had price tag which was totally wrong as it had 1 tag and i returned it as it is, what would i do of that trash tags. But they didnt accepted it and said it was pickup guys fault that he didnt checked the tags, if its his fault he didnt cheked then why should i bear the consequences . and it had the tag when i gave it to the pickup guy .customer support is just increasing doing pep talk politely and today is 4th dec and i have talked for 6-7 times to customer care, every time they say it will be resolved but nothing happens and my query is always closed. I have been trying to resolve but they are just doing nothing and now they have reshipped the blazer to me and the customer care is saying to take the product and we will start a new complaint . I didnt accept that blazer and asked the delivery to take it back .because i knew if i took that back i will be stuck with that forever and they will never prepare a return again I just need my refund . I requested for return after 10 mins of delivery .and they think I used that blazer and removed tags in that time . its been 3 days since i refused that return package and still no response from Myntra. i have requested callback a number of times but they are not doing that also. And lastly they are saying clearly that they will not issue refund.
