I got a clutch which has defected and i immediately applied for exchange for that product. Now the delivery guy came today after seeing the defected product he said he will not exchange and i contacted the consumer care also for the same and they denied this too and said they will see this on 24th sep.
I ordered this clutch as i had to gift it to someone and they have such a bad service. I told them even that its urgent and what is our fault if these guys deliver us defected products ???
