For the very first time i used Myntra platform for shopping and got highly disappointed ... I have purchased around 16 items and have returned 2-3 items for some reason. Out of three 2 was for size issue which got replaced but 1 white shirt came to me with yellow patch which was not taken in to consideration and have been informed to call customer care and than only it can be returned. Now i have raised complaint for the same and hope so it will close On positive note. But in all this process of returning product and raising compliant to Customer care all the excitement which an individual have for his new purchases are dead now and feeling like FLIPKART & AMAZON are far better than this. Overall Myntra should not tie up with such dealers who try to sell their defective product on Online platform.
