Myntra.com — defective product received not getting solution

I have purchased watch from them n i get to know that it's defective and i did so many follow up with them to replace or refund my money.. I didn't get proper update from.. I called customer care many times they place call on hold n asked me wait almost hour and in-between they disconnect cal.. Recently i talk to one of their manager name shivani and anushree.. I almost waited for hour talk to them but they disconnected my cal without even giving the proper solution.. They are asking me to contact some brand company regarding that watch problem n watevr they are telling those are not from any brand they are a service centre people.. I purchased watch by paying 3280 rs and now they want me repair it and use it. From nov 20th i am following up with them and failed to get a proper response from them. I hope my issue will be resolved soon here and u people help me solving it

Updated by Ashwini k gowda I still didn't get any response.. every day I am calling but m not able to to get solution . I request u to help me to get my money back..this is really not a way to treat customer n break their trust
