The watch that I had ordered from Myntra was not starting. I Placed a return request while also contacted the customer care. They raise a complaint Against that I waited for a response and the response that I got was that the product was delivered to me after a stringent quality check and they could not do anything about it. After that I contacted the customer care to 3 times and all of them told me the same thing that it was delivered after a quality check and they could not do anything about effectiveness of the product. At the same time I also contacted for sales customer care and they told me that for them to check it out I have to send it to their Bangalore branch and it will take 30 days for them to give me a feedback on that. So from my end it was Myntra’s fault that they had delivered a defective product to me at failed to acknowledge it so defectiveness at the same time also pawning defective items to customers. Now I am left with a 5K defective watch and I have to go through the hassle of getting it checked and sending it to the Bangalore branch and I am the one getting duped in this process while day just raise their hands of that they cannot do anything about this issue. I demand that Myntra Accepts the return for this watch and also provides me a refund for it as this issue has nothing to do with me and it’s their fault for delivering a product that is not in a working condition and also duping me for it.
