I originally ordered a Mac foundation Compact for Rs.2950 in the shade NC 35 from Myntra and Seller name was Vision Star. However, I Received a Duplicate Product with no Price tag and in a Different Shade NC 20. I sent the pictures of the product the way it was sent and raised the return request same day when received it on 10 March.
On 11 March it was picked up and on 15 March my online status reflected that order was rejected and when I called I've been informed about the price tag missing.
I have received a different product (NC20 in place of NC 35) on the First place and there was no price tag bcz it's a Duplicate Product. Now I've been informed that the same product is being sent to me and not even a replacement for the wrong shade and different Item. And the customer service is disconnecting the calls.
Why will a customer remove a sticker tag and then sent it back. Will that not be apparent with marks on the box?
Clearly it's a Case of Fraud.
The website did not take any obligation to fulfill for the different product sent and did not consider it a part to be fixed from their end, The whole Focus is the Price Tag.That's how Customers are being Defrauded by Myntra.
I wish to receive my Refund of Rs. 2950 but I've been informed by their customer support to wait and receive the exact same item (not a replacement) I sent back to them and then again arrange a pickup and then raise a complaint with them. Why do I have to wait and do that all over again. Clearly it's like a Mental Trauma given to customers so they just loose their interest to resolve their issue and leave their money.
