Myntra.com — delay in delivery and no proper customer support

I have ordered 3 items in myntra.com with order no order no:[protected]-792130. One item with tracking no ml[protected] should be delivered on june 1 but its still not traceable. One order with tracking no ml[protected] showed delivery date 2 june while ordering but now its showing 4 june. One more item with tracking no ml[protected] should be delivered on 3 june but not traceable. One product also didn't get delivered in the mentioned time. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

I placed an order of 3956 rupees on June 1 for Nike Shoes via myntra.Earlier it showed gateway error but later the money got deducted and the order was not placed.I called myntra helpline they said money was stuck in gateway.Please look into the matter and revert back as soon as possible.I need refund.
