On 26 October 2022 I ordered HIGHLANDER
Men PU Sneakers from Myntra and on the the same day it was found the following things were missing/damaged from the parcel received:
1. The box was not sealed with the Myntra tape.
2. The box was teared from the side already.
3. The shoe was used and damaged from the side and,
4. There were no tags obviously as I got a used product.
So, I decided to exchange the product on 26 October when I received the parcel and thought that its no big deal the company will understand my concern and will definitely exchange it on the given date. But what I expected was exactly the opposite of what they did. On 28 October their delivery agent came and asked me to file a complaint as the tags were missing from the product and he did not trusted me and put my exchange on hold. I understood his concern and on the same day i.e. 28 October I filled a complaint and after filing a complaint on Myntra app it was told to me that the issue will be resolved by 31 October 2022 or before 31 October but the issue is still not resolved and I haven't got any exchange till now and they have delayed the issue and asked me to wait again for 1 or 2 days. Please help me regarding this issue and resolve it. It will be really helpful to me. The following are my contact details and also the account is also registered with the same Myntra account:

I am also attaching the photos of my product of whatever I received. And lastly I would like to say you that please help me regarding this issue and resolve it because Myntra is delaying the issue.
