Myntra.com — delay in sending my product... not updated me about the delay

I have purchased clothes amounting approx rs.5000 on 28th march 2019 but the products were not delivered and also after issuing complaint nothing was done so far... Again contacting afterwards they are saying order lost in transit and now they are saying they will refund me which usually takes 20 days.. The fresh order is costing me 40% extra.. These are there strategies to block the money for a month or so and charging high later on those products...
This is purely unethical and malpractice on their part

I purchased a product. I want to return it. I clicked on the product in my orders list. The following page comes as blank. No return option or anything else. My internet connection is fine. If I click the Contact Us page. Its comes as blank too.
