I have received broken earrings from Myntra and I raised the complaint about receiving the broken product on the spot. Even before receiving the delivery message I called them and informed about on of the broken earring. They are continuously denying my complaint by saying the product was fine when the delivered it and the have details but when I ask them about the details they said we cannot disclose it to customers. You have to continue with this product we cannot do anything. Yeah, after delivering the broken product they said that. If they are doing this fraud with their old and valuable customers god knows what they are doing with the normal one's. They are clear cheaters.
