I ordered a kurta set on 23rd jan, 2020 and the pant shown in the website image were red colored. However i received a blue pant and so i returned the product by clearly stating that different colored product was delivered. The delivery executive checked the original tags and everything and assured me that the return will be successful. He took the product back but i got the mail that my refund is kept on hold. They mailed me to send them the bar-code of the product. How will i send the bar-code when the product is with them only? Now every time i am raising this issue in the customer care service, they are telling to wait and wait. I dont understand what is my fault in this.
Please check the images for more details. I would again request the myntra team to refund back my money and thereby resolve this issue because a different product was delivered to me.
