I had ordered a product (Order no.:[protected]-1223101) from myntra which was delivered to me on 15th jan and the delivered product was completely different from the product what i had ordered.
I had called myntra customer care and asked them to send me the correct product to which they replied to me that they won't be able to send correct product but they can only arrange a return for the wrong product.
But after their return request the cashback voucher which i had received in my paypal account taken back by paypal and the amount had been deducted from my refunded money.
Due to this the product which i had ordered using that cashback voucher made costly to me.
I have registered a complaint as due to myntra's mistake i had to suffer all this pain,
It ruined my plan + i didn't get the product which i had ordered + i paid more amount to the second product which i ordered using that voucher.
I escalated this, then myntra floor manager told me that they will compensate me for their mistake and they'll credit compensation amount in form of coupon or to myntra credit, but it's been 2 weeks that i have not received any compensation amount. I have called them many times and escalated this issue but every time they give me new timelines and false assurance, many times they dropped my calls deliberately because they don't have answers to my questions.
This is very unprofessional and unacceptable, worst customer service experience i have ever had. Was this information helpful? |
