Myntra.com — delivered wrong size and now not returning it

I have ordered a shirt online first time and received on 16.10.19. The size of the shirt is too much small so i requested for return of the shirt and initiated the return request. But the pick up boy old me serial no the product is not matching so could not be returned and rejected my request. I have also registered a complain in[protected] on 24.10.19 for this issue. I have maintained all the criteria for the product to be returned. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible otherwise i have to follow the legal process to get my money back. Here is the details of the product for your reference -
