I have received a wrong product from Myntra I have ordered Hangup blazer and received hangup trouser. The moment I receive the order I raised a complain and they told me next 3 days this issue will be resolve but

I have called on 21nov22 they told me on 26nov issue will be resolved. On 24Nov i received a message of pickup fail but no pick up attempt has been done then I have called again they told me 29Nov is the issue resolution date. Today it's 29Nov and I called them to ask update they told me this issue will be resolve by 2dec. This is all fake promises Myntra made and harrassing customer and wasting time. They delivered wrong product and waste customer time and misguiding and this new dates they will give to resolve but no resolution will be happening. It's been 12days now I was keep on complaining and asking for resolution. I have attached the screenshot of wrong product and issue raised complain screenshot, which they closed but no resolution has been done. Please do the needful for this issue.
