Myntra.com — delivering wrong product n denied for refund

I have ordered a puma shoe for my son on myntra on 12th dec 2019 order i’d 112873703608498523503 but they delivered a girlish shoe to me on 20th than i raised a request n followed them for atkeast 10 times to exchange it but again they have sent me the same girlish shoe on 26th dec...:i have started following n raising complaints again n again but now they have refused to take it back or for refund
