Myntra.com — Delivery agent did not accept my pick up

The reason I want to the product is because the colour I placed the order for was black but what I received is yellow. I had opted for return and when the delivery agent came for pick he did not pick up the return because what I ordered was for black but what I received was yellow. How is this fair? I have lost my money and you guys aren’t even taking even if it’s your mistake to send the wrong colour. Kindly help!!!
I have been buying from Myntra for a very long time but this is very disappointing! This is not what I expected! If I call on customer care there is no option to even tell my problem! How irresponsible are you guys to not even give an option for person to explain their issue?
