My order number is 1202059 [protected]. Order contains 6 items that are not delivered. I got a message that Package is out for delivery on 20th April 10:09 am. I did not get any call and product was not delivered. I got another message that it is delievered on 20th April 04:25 pm. I already raised a concern and the issue in myntra got closed saying that logistics team has deivered the package. Its clearly the case where delivery agent stole the package. Myntra should seriously look into this and resolve the issue. Myntra should track the location of delievery agent during the time to confirm whether the package has been delievred or not and take action. Best Regards Bilva Vyshnav Was this information helpful? The same thing happened with me also. When, I contacted Myntra Customer Care rep, they are bluntantly saying 5 days have passed so, we can't help.

Myntra should look into it. Myntra should track the location of delievery agent during the time to confirm whether the package has been delievred or not and take action.
