Myntra.com — delivery agent did not delivery and marked as delivered

Hi. My name is shamlyn fernandes. I had ordered a bracelet from myntra - brand pipa bella on the 24th of june. It was marked as delivered on the 6th of july. I was away and i did not receive a text message about the delivery agent being out for delivery nor that the product was delivered. Hence i was unaware of the delivery. The delivery agent has marked my product as delivered and i received an email stating that the product is out for delivery + its delivered which i never recieved. I called the delivery guys number which was provided in the mail as it said the number doesn't exist. So i called myntra customer care couple of times and they said their system is down can you call us post 4 hours? I did this couple of times but the response was the same. Today 19/07/2019 i finally got connected and myntra has denied my request. Mr shafiq from the customer service team said that they cant help me as they have received my call after 5 days of delivery and the same was said by his manager. So they refuse to send me another product, refund or even give me product points, credits. They can't do anything even though their delivery agent from myntra logistics has robbed my product. I have paid for my product online and they are denying me of it. So what am i supposed to do now? How is this right? How is this ethical? Mr shafiq tells me proudly that this is a rare case and they cant do anything about it. So what about the money i've spent and what about the customers this delivery boy is robbing? Myntra makes me feel like they are a cheat as they are literally useless. And to top that they are so untrained in speech. Mr shafiq kept saying i can't do anything right now. For a minute i thought maybe he can't do anything right now as he could do something later. But no. They told me that it's my problem that i did not check my email on time and it's my problem that i did not lodge a complaint within 5 days. Are you serious myntra? If i do not get my product i am going to take action as the entire situation is horrendous. I feel robbed. Thanks.
