Myntra.com — delivery agent not taking exchange product

Assalamu alaikum
Sir i have placed an exchange order for order no.[protected]-5214001 but i when i gave the product back to delivery center first they said the product is fake after i showed them it is real they said we cant take it back because it is used. I used this product for one day only after i felt that the size is small i placed the exchange request. The product is in perfect condition. If you want i can send pictures of product.

I had ordered jompers kurta and paid online...not delivered as they sent msg that address could not be located...order no. Awb [protected]...I am unable to call up the delivery person either kindly let know if the product will be delivered at all or not ..

Looking forward for timely action...
