This is to inform you that i had ordered a product[protected]-9025001 soulflower lavender essential oil. Ordered on 21 jan 2020 was to be delivered by 30jan then 31jan and now 1st feb 2020. Without any proper explanation customer is made to wait for so long. Late delivery of order also gives a thought whether the product is original or duplicate especially when it's in cosmetic category. Why it's taking so long to deliver whereas articles ordered along with it are delivered exchanged and redelivered also. Sometimes service is satisfactory and extremely dissatisfactory.
