Myntra.com — delivery executive behavior for return

I have placed a return request from myntra and I have received a message from myntra as below:

This is not true I have placed return request to make sure that this product needs to be picked today without even contacting me how can myntra send me this message.

To very the same I called myntra executive and his behavior was rude. Worst experience with myntra
