I ordered 4 jewellery items from myntra on COD. out of these 4, i received 2, and for the other 2 i received empty boxes. one product was received on 9/6/2019. the other 3 items were to be delivered together. the package i received was on 11/6/2019 was sealed, but inside the package was a lot o[censored]nnecessary paper and loose plastic wrapping just thrown in the bag. there was one pair of earrings present in a box, and an empty box for the other pair of 'carlton london silver toned & peach coloured rhodium plated CZ swan shaped studs'. and one empty opened box for the 'prita red & off white stone studded handcrafted necklace' i ordered.
on receiving, immediately on opening the bag and finding out, i called up myntra customer service. they told me they have registered a complaint and i will receive an email by 14/6/19!!! after 3 days will i receive an acknowledgement email of my complaint!!!
when are they gonna resolve my issue then???!!
i have no doubt that let alone resolving the issue, myntra is not even going to accept that there is an issue.
i want refund. and i am never going to order from myntra again. this is fraud. so openly. how can they just take the money and give empty boxes. so disappointed. its very distressing. the items i ordered were for an occasion and not just that i dont have the products i needed, but hte added distress of my hard earned money gone down the drain.. and the absolute dry response from myntra makes me feel that the company knows what is going on and is deliberately doing it.
