Myntra supposedly provides free delivery for first time purchase. But when I tried to place my first order, I was not only denied free delivery, but also charged with ridiculously high convenience fee (i.e. Rs.299/-)
No other e-commerce platforms charge that much within India. When I reached out to the customer care about this, their reply was even more bizarre. They claim that my account has very high rate of return! Which is ridiculous because I haven't purchased anything from Myntra before, let alone return it.
They promised to raise the issue (i.e. Ticket ID - IN[protected]) within 3 days, but closed the issue within the hour as 'resolved' without providing any solution. Please help me with this problem.
It's a scam and it's outrageous! Myntra is only interested in customers' information. They induce new customers using false offers and get them to log in to their server using phone numbers and e-mail IDs. They collect further information through consumer surveys too.
