Sir, I was placed an order for 'Mitera' Magenta silk saree on 15 Oct 2020 and product received to me before the due date of delivery. I put a request for return pickup the product as I didn't like the product. The pickup guy/delivery buy denied to pickup the product by saying that the colour of saree is looks like purpul and not a magenta colour. After that a message received to me that return pickup product "failed in quality check". After that I requested customer care to kindly direct your representative/ delivery guy to pickup the product as pickup man said that wrong colour product was delivered. Now, the Myntra replied that right and correct product supplied/delivered. Also my return request declined.
Now, you can see that on the one hand Myntra's pickup guy said that wrong colour product delivered and due to this he denied to pickup the return product and in the other hand Myntra saying that correct product supplied.
My question is that when correct product is supplied than why they denied for return pickup. Why they declined my return request.
Keeping in view of above episode, you are requested to kindly direct Myntra to pickup above return product forthwith and arrange to refund the amount immediately. Thanks. Was this information helpful? |
