Hi team,
I would like to raise a complaint against the below item in my order. I have not received this item even though it keeps saying delivered.
I am expecting the refund of the amount.

Also, just to give you the background, I have been calling Myntra customer service team and spoken to them multiple times from the mid October but looks like they fail to understand the customer concern and only know how to talk flowery. It’s so irritating that inspite of explaining the issue multiple times the team fails to understand the concern. This has led a lot of hassle to my parents as myntra team called and bothered by parents for return even though I mentioned very clearly that I never received the item and I want to dispute it.
I have now left the country and can’t keep following up with the customer service team. I suggest that myntra team shouldc please go to the call logs, as I called immediately after seeing that the item status is incorrectly mentioned in the website.
