I have ordered a pre-paid product from Myntra of amount - 603, with order id[protected]-4499401
I haven't been contacted by the delivery team regarding product delivery or any issue with delivery.
After one notification saying delivery is failed and will re-attempt they canceled my order without any information.
I tried to talk to Myntra's customer care but they are not willing to help. They are not providing any concrete reason why the order has failed or been canceled. Their reasons are -
1. Some logistic issues, PIN code is not serviceable
But this is the senseless reason because -
1. When I ordered the product I checked the pin code serviceability, also you can not place an order if service at the delivery address is not available.
2. I have received orders from Myntra on the same address/pin code in past.
3. There was not a single attempt made for delivery to my knowledge and there is absolutely no information provided to me about any issue.
Myntra's customer care told me to order the same product again but 1. They are providing any assurance that this time it will be delivered.2. I have ordered a product at a discounted price right now same product costs me 4 times.
So there is absolutely no help or hope from Myntra's customer desk.
My complaints are -
1. If at any given pin code service is not available why the false claim of service availability is assured on the website to app.
2. Why the customer has not been contacted for the delivery.
3. Who is going to pay the increased price of the product.
4. Myntra has used my prepaid money for 2 weeks and then canceled the order.
