Myntra.com — did not get the complete product

I have ordered a product from myntra during the dusshera sale this year (2019). When the product delivered, i was not at the address. So i asked my friend to pick up the parcel. When i return back after vacation now and checked the parcel it is having some items missing in the parcel. And when i reach out to the customer care they are saying that you can file a complaint within 48 hours only. And now you can not get the product and you can not return it because you did not get it in the package delivered.

Please help me with this because that product is of no use for me.
