Dressberry mustard colored jumpsuit has been returned on June 12, 2022 but didn't get the refund for the same till date(July 4, 2022) I was told many times by the customer care that return claim has been denied so the product would be reshipped. That didn't happen either. Neither i have the product now nor got the refund. Each time I contact customer support, all they say is to wait for 24-48 hours for the issue to get resolved and i have been waiting for it to get resolved for more than 3 weeks now. Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jul 04, 2022 Updated by Srav9 Moreover, though the product has been picked up, it is showing as delivered in the app. Jul 04, 2022 Updated by Srav9 A complaint (IN[protected]) has been raised today but I'm unable to update anything in the app. The app is really disgusting, buttons don't work..can't update anything. Spend some money in improvising your app instead of playing with customers money.
