I have received damaged and refurbished product which i have already informed your representative on call after unboxing of the product. Your representative open this complain and told him to please mention that i have received the damaged and refurbished product. This is not the good service gesture which I am receiving from Myntra with the help of Opening Sale/Discount and deliver the damaged + refurbished product.
Please look into the pictures and as there it is damaged and with so many scratches it is looking that it is refurbished product. I will acknowledge if you replace this with the NEW Watch. As i have paid for New product Not the REFURBISHED PRODUCT. Was this information helpful? |
