I placed an order of nike women white court vision low sneakers on 20/12/2022 which cost's Rs. 3, 912 and my order number is # 1223415 [protected], Wrong product (black used and torn shoes) was delivered on 25/12/2022, and when i placed a return for it, on the next day the myntra executive refused to pick it up as it was a different product. So i raised a compliant on their customer service, but the only solution they gave was to wait for 24 hours and its been more than 10 days. No action has been taken, they are just delaying the issue. i have called them numerous times but every time i call or message them they are just delaying and telling to wait for more 24 hours.
I would like to request a refund for the issue.
