I would like to highlight faced by me as a customer from the customer service till manager along with courier services.
I received a product on 8th Skechers and informed myntra that i received different model and color of shoes as brand is same.
Myntra open an investigation and approved my request on 9th and same attached in this email.
After that courier boy came and insulted my family regarding the same and denied to pick up then again complaint was open why pickup denied.
Then suddenly reinvestigation opened. After 10 days a manager called me that they have sent me correct product despite the courier person came on day before yesterday came for pick up and after pick up he didn't update it. When i ask from courier manager he said OFP dexter se by mistake hua.
Now i lost my money as well as product.
I need my money back as per consumer act law seller needs to fulfil the promise for what he is taking money.
