I have raised 2 return requests, one for dress and one for earring. courier person came for pickup and only asked for dress.when I enquired about earring he said he does not have any such pickup information.I told him this is happening every single time with jewellery return.Courier guy said he does not have any such pick up detail and later I got "return onhold " message .
What is wrong with Myntra, This issue is happening again and again. How you got to know that the product is damaged without coming for pick up and moreover the product is not at all damaged and in good condition.
Pathetic service.Highly dissapointed.I immediately called customer care and asked them to connect me to courier person but they did not do that.New scheme of Myntra for making easy money from customers.shameless Was this information helpful? |
