Hi I placed an order on 6th of October an it was confirmed as well, However my product delivery date was on 11th and i have tried reaching you guys multiple times, and i was so pissed off from your IVRS, and its 12th today still i haven't received my product, when you cannot deliver the product on the confirmed date, y do u guys brag so much good about CUSTOMER Service. I have posted this issue on FB and LinkedIn as well. Still No response
