I had placed an order at Myntra for a dress from Zalora Works with Order ID # 1217799 [protected]. This dress was so horrible in fit and quality that I raised I return the very day I recieved it. The product was returned on the next day with intact tags and in the same bag it came. Despite the short duration within which I returned the product Myntra declined my return citing quality issues. The funny part is I had raised the return for this exact reason- quality and fit issues. They are now reshipping this good for nothing dress to me and refusing to refund the amounts due to me. The customer executives have poor knowledge on the process..they keep harping about raising a complaint after the product is reshipped to me for reinvestigation. But where is the logic in this ?? I demand a refund.
