Order ID 115497120267876159603 - ordered a couple of items on 19th Oct 2020, including the pant in issue and some tops. I placed an exchange request via the website and also called myntra care for the same.i was told the product will be picked up for exchange the very same day. it was picked up along with the other tops I wanted to return. however, I changed my mind at that very instant and did not want the pant at all, that means no exchange, so I immediately called myntra and told them I do not want the product at all. so to issue me a refund of INR 697 that I paid for the coral pants. I received refund for other tops but not this one. did contious calls and follow ups but no assistance received. finally they gave me a call and promised me refund would be issued and will reflect in bank acc within 5-7 working days. this did not happen and now they are declining my right of refund. they did agree of the technical issue from their side on the call and also offered me another solution of sending a new product for which I should again place a return request. I agreed to co operate. but none of this happened and now they are completely rejecting. this is not done, so much of harrasement, torture for purchase from their website!! please check call recordings myntra.
