Well it has been more than 10days now, and I didn’t got any kind of valid response from your end . Yesterday I got my test positive for COVID still you’re saying me to go out and handle the product to delivery guy. This is how you take customer satisfaction? You want to trouble everyone for your product . Yesterday my doctor told me that not to meet any third person now, and you are well aware that your courier boy goes to meet every person in his locality is this how we are gonna save our lives?
You want to infect me again and the guy who will take the return from me? Can you be more comfortable with us for sometime?
I have been calling you everyday, sometime your colleague says that your refund has been issued and will be debited to your account. The other day I get some other things to hear .
This is my request to you all to provide me the refund of the product tomorrow as it has been a long time now
I have all the recordings in which you’re saying that if you are having COVID still go and return the product. I’m going to publish all those recordings on Zee news, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram by tomorrow morning if you don’t issue my refund
