I have been a loyal customer of Myntra.com for a considerable period of time, and I regret to inform you that this latest incident has severely strained my trust and confidence in your brand.
On 5th October 2023, I placed an order (order ID 1248401 [protected]) for a necklace valued at Rs. 4320/- To my sheer astonishment and disappointment, the package I received contained nothing but an empty box. This is an unprecedented occurrence for me, as I have consistently experienced seamless transactions and prompt delivery from Myntra.com in the past.
Complaint No. IN[protected], with regards to the Issue raised with your customer support. Regrettably, upon contacting your customer support team for assistance, I experienced a complete lack of appropriate support. I find this unacceptable, especially considering my status as a regular and valued customer. Given my history of satisfactory experiences with Myntra.com, I expect a swift resolution to this matter.
I demand that you take immediate and decisive action by providing a full refund of Rs. 4320/- to my original payment method within the stipulated timeframe. Failure to do so will leave me with no alternative but to escalate this issue to the consumer court for further redressal.
I urge you to treat this matter with the utmost urgency and seriousness it deserves. The trust and confidence I had in Myntra.com have been severely eroded by this disheartening experience. I trust that your team will conduct a thorough investigation into this matter and take decisive steps to prevent the recurrence of such incidents in the future.
