Regarding exchange order no[protected]-2427601
I ordered 8 pieces during this myntra sale and returned 3 of them. They were unfit.
One product was defected with the order number[protected]-2427601. As the price of this product shoot up very much and it was to me but defected i placed a exchange request and mentioned all the defects in the remarks section.
First time when the delivery boy came to deliver exchange order he asked me to take a approval from company. I called myntra and took the approval.
Now i will tell you what your company is doing and how it is harrasing the customer.
I placed the same exchange request thrice. Everytime the delivery boy tells me that they have not recieved the approval and the customer care tells me that they have sent me the approval. I have repeatedly requested, yelled at the customer care executive to approve the order. But a in vain. I repeatedly tell them that you are again making fake promises and you wont send approval again at the delivery centre as it has happened thrice but they again assure me to exchange it this time.
I have talked to your supervisors twice, thrice but they also dont di anything. I dont know why they are supervisors, they are worse than employees even.
At last i was left with only one option. I went to delivery centre of patiala to check manually that they might be fooling me as customer care is repeatedly telling me they have approved it.
But there i got to know that customer care makes customer fool by giving different execuse each time. Each time i called every supervisor gave a different reason to hide the company.
At last i called the customer care again while i was at the delivery centre itself. It took me half hour to find delivery centre as they have recently changed their location.
I showed my disapointment to customer care like anything. I told them that i am very angry now with there service and i wont spend single more minute of my life on this product now. At last your supervisor told me he has put a return request now and had manually approved it and will not require any approval again.
But you know what today delivery boy called me and told that i again require a approval.
Now its done sir. You have harrased me as much as you can.
Now kindly take this product return me my money plus compensation of 2k for my time, for my diesel, for my phone calls, for my harrasement.
And i am not going to compensate without it.

I am myntra select customer and you tell to give priority customer service. This is the service you give us.
Solve it with compensation or i have to move to higher authorities.
Send this to head supervisor or the max authority you can. I wont deal with any junior executive as they just give fake promises.
The head of patiala delivery centre is dinesh malhotra. He is just harrasing customers more by doing such things and not listening to customers at all.
